A Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA. This straw-colored ale, brewed with oats, is intensely aromatic with hop aromas of sweet citrus, stone fruits, pineapple, and mango. Florescence is our canvas for showcasing how soft-bitterness and a malty roundness interplay with hop aromatics.

Shuffling Stones | Hazy Double IPA | 8% abv
A Double Dry Hopped Hazy Double IPA. This bright orange-colored DIPA is brewed with Pilsner malt, premium 2-row and flaked oats. The malt base provides a backdrop for an intensely aromatic display of Sabro and Cryo-Mosaic hops. Aromas of tagerine, sweet citrus, mango and subtle coconut.

Whirlybird | West Coast IPA | 7% abv
This West Coast IPA is aggresively hopped with heaps of Simcoe, Cascade, and Mosaic hops. Aromas of grapefruit, berries, and pine mingle with a malt profile of subtle honey and fresh biscuits. Smooth finish with a golden hue. This beer is a reference to a locally specific dialect for a unique traffic feature in Florence.

Shapes in the Clouds: Coconut | Pale Ale | 6% abv

Shapes in the clouds is our on going series featuring a hoppy pale ale paired with a unique igredient each time. The base is a straw colored, moderately bittered pale ale, double dry hopped with NZ cascade and Idaho 7. This current batch features a blend of toasted and untoasted coconut.

Golden Lager | German Festbier Style Lager
German through and through, this festbier style lager is brewed with all German malt, hops, and yeast. Golden colored and lagered to brilliant clarity. Grainy-sweet malt character, with hints of toast around the edges. True classic German Noble hop aromatics of floral and spicy hop character. Finishes crips and clean. Festbier is the modern beer style served during Oktoberfest in Munich. If you’ve attended, we hope this brings back fond memories; and if you’ve never been this lager is a little taste of Oktoberfest on the Wiesn.

GrunGrin | German Style Weissbier
This German style Weissbier is brewed using a bavarian yeast strain, German malts, and Noble hops. Hazy straw colored with huge aromas of clove. Background supporting aromas of banana and subtle vanilla lead to a flavor profile of wheat crackers and lemony notes.

Kinkora | German Kolsch-style ale
German Kolsch Style beer brewed with all German Malts. This light golden colored ale has a grainy-sweet malt character that mingles with low rounded notes of bread crust and honey. The aroma supports the malt base of this beer with notes of subtle apple/pear intertwined with classic German Noble hop aromatics of floral and spicy hop character. Finishes crips and clean. This beer is an homage to the near-by Kinkora Branch train line which once carried many different items, including produce and at one time troops, from the banks of the Delaware River to Fort Dix.

Petticoat Pils | Pilsner | 4.8% abv
This lager blends old world techniques with new world malt and hops. A crackery Pilsner malt base and floral/earthy hops paired with German yeast give this beer those classic lager aromatics. Water minerality adjustments ensure that this beer is crisp with a dry finish. The name Petticoat highlights a Revolutionary War skirmish in nearby Columbus, NJ. On orders from General Washington to pull Hessian troops southward from positions of support near Trenton, 600 Americans, under Colonel Samuel Griffin, attacked a Hessian outpost at the current day site of Petticoat Bridge.

Burton Reynolds | English Burton Ale | 6% abv | $3 | $5 | $7 |
A historical British-style Ale, called "Burton Ale" A rich, malty sweet darker colored Ale with a supporting firm hop bitterness. Rich deep malt notes lend impressions of dark fruit (cherries, black currants, and plums). British hops lend an earthy note mingled with orange marmalade Additional notes of trecale and toffee. Rich, sweet…but refined, and complex - just like Ol' Burty-Boy.

Silos | American Stout | 6.5% abv
Dark ruby to black colored ale with roasty and bittersweet chocolate notes. Aromas of baker's chocolate, ground coffee, and toast support a base expression of vanilla and subtle alcohol. Firm hop bitterness helps give this beer a medium dry finish.

Summer Street | Shandy  | 4.6% abv
Our German Kolsch Style ale blended with raspberries and lemon. This blush colored ale provides a base of grainy-sweet malt character that mingles beautifully with the bright notes and acidity of raspberries and lemon.  Lower alcohol, crisp, and refreshing.

Bob’n for Apples | Specialty American IPA | 6.8% abv
Fresh pressed Apples, caramel, Saigon cinnamon, and Orange Blossom honey blend with this firmly bitter base of American IPA. Bitterness from dry hopping with Calypso hops lend enough bitterness to balance the sweeter notes from additions of apples, honey, and caramel. This IPA has a strong nose of floral apple topped with notes of sweet caramel and cinnamon.

Cran-Citrus | Fruited Seltzer | 0.0% abv | 8 oz pour - $3.50
A fruited seltzer using pressed organic cranberries, lime, lemon, ginger, and grapefruit. This seltzer pours a deep crimson red with notes of lively citrus zest and tartness from 100% organic cranberry. A bit of sweetness and good tannic presence from real fruit provide an enjoyable zero alcohol option.
