Brewhouse Pay-As-You-Go Rental- $80- (with a $200 minimum)

Drinks are ordered from the taproom service counter. If the minimum is met, the room rental is $80. Includes private room rental of brewing area for up to 3 hours. Please inquire if you need a longer time frame.

Access to taproom and outdoor areas. Please note that taproom and outdoor space will remain open to the public; the brew-house area will remain private to your guests.

If you select the pay-as-you-go option,it does not include any pre-paid drinks and your guests will have purchase from the taproom bar.

If you select a Brew-house package, you will receive drink tokens for your guests that can be exchanged at the taproom for use on any of our draft offerings up to 16oz. or a flight of three 5oz. taster glasses. Once all drink tokens from your package are exhausted, guests may pay for any additional drinks they would like. Brew-house packages listed below.

$300- Includes all items in pay-as-you-go plus 30 discounted pre-paid drink tokens for your guests. Includes permits to allow self-served wine.

Package 2

$450- Includes all items in pay-as-you-go plus 50 discounted pre-paid drink tokens for your guests. Includes permits to allow self-served wine.

Package 3

$600- Includes all items in pay-as-you-go plus 75 discounted pre-paid drink tokens for your guests. Includes permits to allow self-served wine.

Your party will have access to our brewhouse production area where your guests can choose to mingle in private amongst our kettles and beer tanks for an up close look behind the curtain. Guests can also choose to mingle in our taproom and outdoor beer garden where we have additional seating. It should be noted that in most cases the taproom and beer garden will remain open to the public, but the brewery area will be private and for your guests only. You will be able to bring in/cater food or other beverages such as soda and water. Food and party decorations must be set up in the private brewhouse area. Your guests may however choose to eat in any of the adjoining spaces, including taproom where additional seating is available.

For brewhouse packages with pre-paid beverages, you may also serve wine to your guests. This is not available with the pay as you go rental; only brewery packages. Hard alcohol, spirits, and all other outside alcohol, are strictly prohibited.

Should you choose to cater the event, food and outside drinks must be set up in the private brewhouse area. NJ laws prevent any brewery employees from handling any food or outside beverages. For this reason we recommend buffet style/self serve. Your party or a catering company must set up and break down any food related items. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged if food and catering items are left after the part has ended.

A 20% charge will be assigned for brewhouse packages with pre-paid drinks. Brewhouse parties have a duration of up to 3 hours. If you need more time please inquire. Access to the space will be provided up to 45 minutes early to set up. Should you need more time, please let us know.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve any of the 3 brewhouse packages. There is an event cap at 65 people for the brewery rentals. For larger parties, closing the brewery and taproom is required. Please contact us in regard to pricing for that.
